THE BEGINNING
Prestige Properties involvement in the property market
began in 1993 when we purchased our first home in Tarpon
Springs. Two further purchases followed in Naples and
Bradenton, as we began to appreciate the potential of
Florida¡¦s Gulf Coast as an investment area.

OUR DEVELOPMENT
The next logical step as successful investors, who had
built up substantial local knowledge of the Gulf Coast
over a period of years, was to use that vast experience
to assist like-minded people to successfully purchase
investment property in what we consider to be the best
locations.
We have therefore concentrated our efforts in Bradenton/Sarasota,
Fort Myers and Naples, where our licensed realtor broker
offices are located, to actively assist our clients in
their quest for the best investment returns.
Size, design and location are all important constituents
of a successful investment property, especially if the
investor wishes not only to see good capital appreciation
over time, but also wants to put some icing on the cake,
so to speak, by obtaining yield in the form of rental
income.

We have established rental programmes for income seekers
and are very happy to advise our clients on what they
should or should not spend their money on when fitting
out a rental property.
Our Florida offices do not consider their job is done
when they have found you your investment property. They

Prestige Properties are a long-standing member of The
Federation of Overseas Property Developers, Agents and
Consultants (FOPDAC) whose common aim is to conduct their
activities in a manner, which seeks to protect the interests
of those who wish to purchase or sell property overseas.
Membership of the Federation is restricted to companies
whose probity is beyond reasonable question, the managing
principles of which must possess the experience and professional
expertise to meet the strict criteria set in the Federation's
code of ethics.
