- In the unlikely event of there
being any problems with the property, our local
managing agents must be informed immediately
so that action can be taken to correct same.
If Clients are not happy, for any reason, with
the response they receive from local representatives,
then they should telephone our Billericay office
on 01277 652628. (If you receive an answerphone
response, please leave a short message and your
telephone number and we will return your call
asap). DO NOT wait until the end of your holiday
to report any difficulties, as we will not accept
responsibility for problems not reported when
first encountered.
- All accommodation is booked
exclusively for the persons named on the booking
form. No other persons may use the accommodation
without the express permission of the Company.
- The Company cannot guarantee
that the property(ies) allocated to the client
initially will not be changed prior to occupation
and as such, will not accept any liability in
this respect. In instances where circumstances
outside of the Company's control dictate a change
of this nature, the Company will endeavour to
offer the Client a property of similar type
and standard to the original. This being subject
to availability.
- The Company will not accept
liability for loss of main services such as
(without prejudice to the generality of the
foregoing) electricity or water supplies, nor
for the consequence of the actions or omissions
of persons who may control supply of mains services,
nor any action in the vicinity of the property
by any authority over which there is no control
of the Company.
- For villa and condominium accommodation,
a security deposit will be taken. the deposit
will not be called upon provided that the accommodation,
on inspection, is found to have been left in
a clean and tidy condition and that no loss
or damage has occurred. (A detailed summary
of likely problem areas will be supplied prior
to departure or can be obtained on request).
Clients are required to vacate premises by 10.30
on the morning of departure and failure to do
so may result in an additional charge being
deducted from their security deposit. Clients
agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions
in and about the home. Prestige Properties &
Travel (Florida) reserve the right, in its sole
discretion, to refuse or interrupt occupancy
in the event of non-fulfilment of breach or
rental conditions. Smoking is expressly forbidden
inside the homes.
- Clients use the rental properties
provided at their own risk. The company shall
not be held responsible for any loss, injuries
or deaths sustained by clients whilst in residence.
Swimming pool rules must be adhered to and children
should not be allowed to use the pools without
adult supervision.
- We accept no responsibility for and
shall not be liable in respect of loss, damage
or changes caused by force majeure events (e.g.
strikes, fire, flood, closure of airports, weather
conditions) or any other events beyond our control.
