- The client must pay the deposit specified in the price list
or other documentation supplied to the Client prior to the date of
booking and such deposit must be submitted to Prestige Properties and
Travel (the Company) with the
booking application. In the event of the booking application being
submitted within ninety (90) days of the date of departure, then the
total amount due from the Client for the flight/holiday will be
payable upon submission of the booking application. The acceptance of
the booking will be effected on the date shown on the confirmation
account issued by the Company to the Client. If the booking is not
accepted by the Company, the deposit paid by the Client will be
refunded.
By signing the booking form the client accepts these booking
conditions and warrants that he/she is authorised to agree them on
behalf of all other persons named on the booking form, including those
substituted or added to by agreed amendment of the booking. If the
balance is not received at least ninety (90) days before the departure
date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking.
- If at any time the Client's holiday
arrangements have been confirmed by the Company in writing and up to
ninety (90) days prior to the Client's date of departure, the Client
wishes to change any part of his/her holiday arrangements, the Company
will wherever possible try to assist the Client in connection with
such change arrangements at an administrative cost to the Client (as
paid by us to the airline), plus any additional costs
incurred. Changes or alterations within ninety (90) days of departure
will be considered a new booking and cancellation charges will apply
as set out in Condition 4 of these conditions. Notice of any such
proposed amendment by the Client must be given to the Company by the
Client in writing signed by the person who signed the original booking
form and sent together with the appropriate charges, to the Company.
In the event of the Company being unable to amend the booking details
in the manner required by the Client for any reason whatsoever, then
the booking will remain in full force and effect as originally
prepared and will remain in all respects subject to the Terms and
Conditions therein.
- Flight prices, as invoiced, are not guaranteed
until the final balance is paid.
- The Client may cancel the booking by giving the Company
notice in writing of such cancellation, but depending upon the Client
so cancels, there will be financial consequences to the Client as
follows:
More than 90 days prior to departure:- booking deposit only.
Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before departure:- 50%
of the total cost will be payable
Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before departure:- 70% of
the total cost will be payable.
Cancellation less than 29 days before departure:-
100% of the total cost will be payable.
- All baggage, including personal articles, are at all
times and under all circumstances, at the Clients risk.
